Full refund available within 30 daysFull refunds or replacements are available for damaged or defective items although that is a very rare occurrence. If an item has not been opened, used or sampled and is being returned for another reason like if the item was no longer needed or you changed your mind then a 20% restocking fee may apply as well as shipping costs.
