Order Processing
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Order Shipment: After processing, your order will be shipped and you will receive a notification with tracking information.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 3-4 business days.
Shipping rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order amount. You will be provided with the shipping cost at checkout.

Damages and Lost Packages
Hadley Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Orders cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each address.
