Shipping policy
Shipping via United States Postal Service and FedEx. Expedite shipping available for an additonal fee. Replacement or returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Buyer pays return shipping. All returns that doesn’t meet our return conditions will be subject to 25% restocking fee. Items purchased before 2pm Pacific Standard TIme will be shipped the same day. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was requested and submitted , and your order has shipped, we will gladly refund the purchase amount – less return shipping and restocking fee.
Item/s must be in Original Packaging/Box, complete with manuals and accessories and NOT USED. Sealed packages that were opened CANNOT BE RETURNED. If an item is not complete (ex: missing parts, incomplete accessories, no box, missing manuals and literatures, etc.) and was used, IT CANNOT BE RETURNED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
