Shipping policy

All items will ship via USPS 2-3 day shipping. At this time we do not offer any other options for shipping. Shipments will go out Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 4 p.m. Pacific time will typically ship same day and orders placed after 4 p.m. Pacific time will typically ship the next business day. All shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, if there is a major delay you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Free shipping is offered for the initial sale only, returns and exchanges for DOA items will be covered if we are notified within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. All returns or exchanges MUST be approved before being sent back, in the event an item is sent back without communication there will be an automatic 20% restocking fee subtracted from the refund, communication can be sent via Bonanza messaging or emailed to info.eriscloset@gmail.com Size exchanges or returns must be shipped back at the buyers expense. In the case of size exchanges, we will cover one outgoing replacement. In the case of an approved wrong size return we will provide a full refund of the item price immediately following receipt of delivery. All returns that come back to us will be assessed, if the condition of the item does not match how it was originally sent out refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee subtracted from the refund. Size exchanges returned may be subject to an order cancellation if not returned in original condition (ex. missing tags, washed, damaged, etc…), in cases of cancellation a 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund.
