Shipping policy
We typically ship out orders within 1-2 days.The shipping speed used varies per item.
Typically it would be as follows:
For Books they are often shipped USPS Media Mail (2-8 Business Days)
For Movies or Video Games they are shipped USPS First Class (1-3 Business Days)
For Small Items it is usually USPS First Class (1-3 Business Days)
For Large packages it will either be USPS Retail Ground (2-8 Business Days), UPS Ground (2-8 Business Days), or Fed Ex Ground (2-8 Business Days)
On many items we offer USPS Priority Mail shipping (1-3 Business Days)
Return policy
None: All purchases finalWe typically do not accept returns for most items. If there is an issue contact us.
When we do accept returns we will not refund initial shipping costs or return shipping costs.
When returns are accepted the item must be returned in the same condition it was sold in. We cannot accept returns ever on but not limited to: coupons, gift cards, new software, new video games, new movies that have been opened, etc.
