Official Payment(s) and/or Refund/Return Policy

Eclectic Hunter (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (https://www.bonanza.com/booths/EclecticHunter) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund and/or store credit.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated by a third-party shipping provider during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer unless order is paid by credit or debit which incurs an additional convenience fee.

3. Returns/Refunds

3.1 Returns/Exchanges

Eclectic Hunter trades new goods/services of “scratch and dent” quality and/or second-hand goods/services and/or “yardsale”/”thrift store” quality merchandise. As such, no refunds or exchanges will be offered and/or honored excepting situations specifically expressed herein. All Sales Are Final. We strive to make our contact information readily available in numerous places throughout the Website for any questions and/or consumer questions/concerns you may have. It is your responsibility to ensure any products/services purchased meet your requirements.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Eclectic Hunter offers no guarantees and/or warranty(ies), expressed or implied, for any/all inventory and/or services offered for sale, trade, and/or free of charge via our Website.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days. Currently, we only offer the United States Postal Service (USPS) as a shipping option.

4.2 Transit Internationally

As of this time we are only shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. If an order is received outside of this market we will communicate with you and either

a) determine, on a case-by-case basis, if the order can be fulfilled to the mutual benefit of all involved participants
b) refund and/or create store credit for any/all money(ies) paid and cancel the order

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order but please allow for up to 3 business days before making a progress inquiry.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Once your order had been turned over to the shipping provider we have no way of changing the final destination your order.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Eclectic Hunter will not ship to P.O. Box addresses. If a P.O. Box address is given we will reach out to obtain an alternate destination address, and/or cancel your order, and/or issue store credit, and/or refund any money(ies) paid.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We are not able to ship to military addresses using any shipping provider at this time. We are unable to offer this service using current courier services. We hope to be able to do so at a future date and time.

4.7 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will reach out to discuss whether to cancel the affected item(s), refund any money(ies) paid toward the affected item(s), and/or issue store credit for the out-of-stock item(s) and fulfill the rest of the order.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Lost or Damaged In Transit

We are not responsible for parcels damaged in transit. If you wish protection against such happenstance please contact the third party shipping provider regarding shipping insurance for an additional charge. Once an order has been turned over to the shipping provider we are no longer liable and/or accept no responsibility should your order get lost or stolen after fulfillment.

7. In Person Pick Up/Meet Up

Buyer must arrange for, and/or retrieve, their purchase(s) within three(3) consecutive days from payment remittance unless other arrangements have been made in writing (text, messenger, e-mail, etc.). Failure to retrieve any/all purchase(s) within seventy-two(72) hours will nullify/cancel the total sale and Buyer forfeits any/all funds paid and/or voids any/all barter agreements, when applicable, pertaining to their purchase(s). Seller may/will re-list inventory to be acquired by other person(s)/parties.

8. Duties & Taxes

8.1 Sales Tax

State of Georgia Sales tax and/or Monroe County, GA tax shall be applied separately to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

8.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Eclectic Hunter encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Eclectic Hunter at the customers expense, and the customer will NOT receive a refund for the value of goods paid, or the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

9. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations according to the terms herein at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched; please refer to our refund policy above.

10. Insurance

Parcels are NOT insured for loss and/or damage. This is an additional, and optional, consideration that incurs additional fees/costs from shipping provider. If such protection and coverage(s) are desired and acquired, then your order is only covered for up to the value(s) as stated by the third party shipping provider.
