Our online store offers to all music enthusiasts a wide range of ethnic instruments such as: pan flutes, Irish Bouzouki, mandolins, mandolas, balalaika, domra, guitars and violins. All instruments are made in Romanina by the oldest musical instruments factory from Europe, HORA Reghin.

The spruce and maple wood comes from Carpathians Mountains seasoned naturally for 5-10 years. Exotic wood like mahogany, ebony and bamboo is also used.

The musical instruments produced by HORA are quality confirmed by ISO9001 certificates and comply with the demands of a very broad spectrum of customers. They provide support to beginners, are reliable for experienced players and give inspiration to virtuosos.

Shipping policy

We ship WorldWide, usually within 1-3 business days after payment is received, using Priority Shipping service provided by Romanian Post.

Please allow 7 – 14 business days to receive the instruments to your country. All sales taxes and shipping cost are the responsibility of customers.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the goods that we have supplied, please return them to us within 30 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened and in a condition suitable for resale. We will process a full refund as soon as we can. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the goods are damaged or broken in which case we will pay for return postage costs. You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the products.

Goods must be unopened, unused and in a perfect condition, fit for resale. You must inform us of your cancellation by email or letter within 30 days. Keep a receipt of postage of your cancellation notice or a confirmation of sending a cancellation email.
