Report your issue within 14 days of delivery for free return and full refund/ replacement.
Kindly send us your order number and damage photo (if applicable) then sit and rest assured that your return request will be handled smoothly.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original condition, never been used, in its original package, and possible to relist it for sale.
We send you a return shipping label that you must use to return the item.
Once your return is received and passed the re-stocking inspection, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval of your return and a credit will be applied to your original form of payment.
