Shipping policy
Our products are placed in and shipped from 3 different warehouses located in: United States, Canada and European Union.
We ship the products on the day the order is made, if the postal services are still operating, otherwise we ship the following day.
Your countries Customs or Post Service might delay the goods, there is nothing we can do about it.
If the client does not receive his/hers order by our estimated time, we ask to wait 7 more working days and then we give a full refund or ship a new package via DHL Express, the customer can choose which option they require.
