Shipping policy
I ship Monday through Saturday at noon. Some items go next day, some take me 2 days to make, complete costumes take 4-7 days. This time frame is contingent upon whether you have provided measurements in a timely manner.
I use USPS. I would like to charge the exact cost of postage but this site is wonky with the shipping calculator so I use flat rate averages that are very close if not less than actual cost and will refund any amount over $1 if the shipping over charges
Return policy
None: All purchases finalI want you to be happy with your costumes and individual costume parts. Please contact me if there is something wrong so that I can solve your problem to your satisfaction. Be it return, replacement or repair. Returns must be within 3 days of receipt where you’ve had time to try it on but not worn for an extended time.
