Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

On-Call Computer sells computer-related equipment. This includes full computer systems, computer components, and software. The computers are used, but in great shape, having been cleaned and reconditioned. Many of my computers are hard-to-find classic pieces that can still be put to great use on the internet.

You will also find interface cards, hard drives, keyboards, etc. @ great prices. Many of the component pieces are related to Apple® Macintosh computers, both System 9 and System X (OS 10+).

Software includes business productivity software, educational software and many computer games.

The inventory changes quickly as many of these items are ONE-of-a-KIND and HARD-to-FIND.

Shipping policy

Items are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. Smaller items are shipped via U.S. First Class or U.S. Priority Mail. Larger items will be shipped via UPS or FedEX.

Fast, friendly service at great prices. I will work with you to find the computer or computer component you need and do my best to make you a satisfied customer.

SHIPPING: I charge reasonable shipping fees (after all, some of this stuff can be heavy). I will combine shipping as much as possible and won’t overcharge you for the shipping of your items.

INSURANCE: Insurance is INCLUDED in the cost of shipping. That way, you and I are both covered for loss due to shipping damages or lost packages.

RETURNS: If it’s absolutely necessary for you to return an item, I’ll do my best to make it easy for you. However, please don’t expect me to pay the shipping for returns because you decided you didn’t want the item or absorb the initial shipping charges. The LEAST you should do is pay all the shipping costs when you change your mind. If a new item has been opened, then expect to pay a 25% restocking fee if the item is returned. Restocking fees don’t apply to used items. If an item turns out to be non-functioning, then different rules apply — I’ll replace the item or refund your purchase price/shipping when the item is returned.

SATISFACTION: I do my utmost best to accurately descibe my products and make them work. Nobody’s perfect, but I will do my best to make you a satisfied customer. Please give me a chance to make things right if you have a problem with one of my items.
