Shipping policy
Handling Time
All skulls are shipped out within 1-2 business days.
We use Deutsche Post (USPS for USA).
Custom Orders Handling Time
It takes around 2 weeks to be made.
First you receive a draft sketch of our idea, once you agree, we start doing it.
We require 50% payment before starting a custom skull.
Delivery Time
Generally, it takes around 14-21 days for the skulls to arrive.
It depends on your location.
Usually, it takes less.
Express Shipping
If you want your skull to arrive quickly.
There is opportunity of using a courrier. It takes 4-5 days.

Packing Box
Every skull is well wrapped in a bubble folio and put in a specially made 5-layer cartoon box.
Insurance
If you would like to have an insurance, please let us know.
International customs, fees
We are not familiar with any duties, fees and taxes. If such are incurred, please refer to your local custom agency. Returns are not acceptable due to refusal of paying customs fees.

Return policy
All skulls are not returnable as they are custom made.
All sales are final.
If you have made a custom order, once you have agreed to that final order there can be no further changes.
Item exchanges are not acceptable.
Please inspect your skull as soon as you get it.
Skulls are well packed, but if for some reason they are damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days and we will do anything to get the problem solved.
If you do apply for a return because of a damage, all skulls must be returned in their original form, colors and package. We will refund the amount, excluding the delivery charge.
Important Information:
Skulls will only be accepted for return if they are returned back to me within 21 days. The skulls are your responsibility until they come back to us.
So we recommend you to send back the skulls through a delivery service that insures you.
The delivery fees of returning are your responsibility.
They can only be returned in case that we sent you a wrong skull.
Please note that refunds will be made within 14 working days.
