Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!
Booth overview
All items are hand made using natural materials and ingredients.
Any item in my shop can be customized. Contact me before placing order to change a color, fragrance, or other aspect of the product. I am also happy to do custom design products. There will be a longer processing time (usually 5 – 7 days) for changes and custom orders because I may not have what is needed in stock.
Shipping policy
Orders will be shipped using the most cost effective method – on an order by order basis. If you need it faster, expedited shipping is available at actual cost.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsAll returns/exchanges require authorization. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery and returns received within 30 days of authorization. No returns or exchanges on holiday/special occasion merchandise beginning 30 days prior to holiday or at any time after holiday. I must be notified of all damaged in shipping requests within 48 hours of delivery. Customer has the option of replacement or refund with proof of damage.
Miscellaneous details
Tips for burning candles:
- Always keep wicks trimmed to 1/4 inch. (1/8 inch for wooden wicks) This keeps the flame to an optimal 1 to 2 inch height and reduces movement.
- Never burn candles for more than 4 hours. Allow 5 hours between burns. This increases the total burn time of the candle and keeps it from getting too hot. if the candle gets too hot, the scent will not last all the way through. The excessive heat may also cause the container to break.
- ALWAYS follow the candle burning safety instructions. They can be found on the bottom of the candle.
