Shipping policy
Returns:
All products must be in original packaging, no foreign stickers or writing on Packaging and new resalable condition.
We allow returns and 100% product cost’s refund ( for unopened, unused returned products or for replacement, shipping paid by the buyer), within 30 days of receiving non-electronic products.
Opened or used or replaced with other products will be subject to up to 100% restocking fee.
Electronic products have to be returned unopened, unused within 14 days of receiving the products.
Please contact us to receive your authorization number BEFORE returning any parcel. Shipments without authorizations via email may not be credited to your account. Shipments refused from UPS, DHL, Postal Service also will mean you will be subject to both origin & return shipping costs and additional handling costs. We hope you can both understand and respect our reasoning. Original and return shipping fees are not refundable. Thank you for shopping with us !
