Shipping policy
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the destination and other external factors. Bestique is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
We reserve the right to consolidate multiple items purchased by the same buyer into a single shipment when doing so supports the provision of free shipping by the seller.
Return policy
Full refund available within 30 daysWe accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging.
Item Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
