BellaMonica Studios is an independent artist production by Allanah Anderson, artist A M Anderson, in the visual and performing arts, creating and selling fine art, jewelry, and illustrations.

We also publish art and design on various decorative and household items, apparel, novelty item stickers, posters, magnets and pinback buttons. BellaMonicaARTs is the studio outlet.

I am an artist with a desire to create for those who want to express their admiration of art, and to make it available for people at an affordable price.

The studio produces mainly in-house works for publishing in the areas of illustration, and jewelry.

Shipping policy

THE SHIPPING TIMES INDICATED BELOW ARE NORMAL SHIPPING TIMES HOWEVER DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC ALL SHIPPING TIMES MAY BE DELAYED UP TO 2 TO 4 WEEKS. PRODUCTION TIMES ON MADE TO ORDER ITEMS MAY BE DELAYED UP TO 2 TO 4 WEEKS.

Items ship within 3-5 days from the time your order is placed due to handling time. Some special order items may require 5 to 7 days handling time. See item details.

Free Shipping to the US. Some items are free plus shipping.
Shipping times within the US are generally 2 to 5 days.

International shipping times from our overseas suppliers to US range from 7 to 20 days.

*Shipping for orders placed from some of our international suppliers during January 10th to February 15th may be delayed up to 20 days during this time due to their national holiday Spring Festival season. Shipping from item suppliers from these countries resumes February 15th to 25th.

International Shipping times can range from 15 to 60 days.
International Shipping costs vary from $2.00 to $45.00.

During the busy US holiday season shipment of packages from our suppliers overseas may be delayed due to the holiday rush. Thanks for your understanding.

BellaMonica Studios shall not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure goods arrive safely. Any damaged merchandise must be reported within 10 days of delivery date.

Return policy

By purchasing from this booth you agree to the following terms regarding returns:

Return Policy

Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof & request a refund.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind. Please provide photographic proof that the product is faulty or damaged.
• Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items
• Book with obvious signs of use
• CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Updates and Revisions
We reserve the right to edit, revise or remove any of these terms or content of this information.
