Shipping policy
We usually ship within 3 days for most homemade products. Some products could take up to a week to ship depends on the handmade circumstances. Delivery will usually be between 3 to 5 days after shipment; cost of shipping helps us keep up with fair pricing for handmade goods.
We usually ship globally, so please understand that certain issues may arise, but we will cover any extra costs internationally. If any restrictions come, we will contact the buyer immediately for resolve.
If you aren’t able to track your package right after it ships, then please wait up to 48 hours for the shipping logistics to update.
If the product ends up broken, busted, or unable to be used, please contact us immediately for a replacement or possible refund. We strive to create a great experience, so help us help you. Thank you
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsRefunds will only be accepted and funded by us, if the fault was completely made by seller / distributor. You will have up to 7 days to make an appeal and it will be accepted or denied within 24 hours. Package will need to be shipped and sent back- a refund will be on the way after processing.
