Shipping policy

At Backyard Raise & Grow, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience, which is why we offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within up to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Backyard Raise & Grow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at contact@backyardraisegrow.com with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

Return policy

Refunds available: See booth/item description for details

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be in the same condition that you received it

Be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging

Include a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at contact@backyardraisegrow.com. All returns and correspondence must be handled via phone or email at 409-420-2280. We do not accept unsolicited returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Perishable goods (food, plants, flowers)

Custom products (special orders, personalized items)

Personal care items (beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards

If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges
To receive a different item, return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, place a new order separately for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase to qualify.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process refunds.
