Shipping policy
Here at Big Top Deals we ship orders within 24 business hours of us receiving them. We try and ship most orders the same day as long as the order comes in before 12 pm Eastern Standard time. Sorry but we are Unable to change a shipping address once an order has shipped.
Return policy
Partial refund available within 30 daysReturns will only be accepted within 30 days of the purchase. If the item is shipped and is defective or damaged upon receipt, the buyer must report the defect/damage within 7 days of receipt and make return arrangements. • Return freight or prepaid labels are only processed if there is a seller error or a defective item upon receipt. All returns will have a 15% restocking fee unless there is an error on the sellers part. We will ship to the current address , if your address is incorrect and UPS/USPS has to send it back to us, we will have no choice but pass the return charge which will be deducted from the refund. This also includes refusing a package.
