Shipping policy
Our policy is one of mutual responsibility.
Every buyer should check the package visually and if it has a bump, check it with the courier. If the product arrives damaged, the claim is immediately made with the courier. On our side, we will use the appropriate materials so that every product is safe and thus avoid problems. This way both the buyer and the seller will be able to get a safe sale and no one will lose. Each shipment is insured and with an official invoice.
