If your purchased item is damaged during shipping, we will cover the costs of the return shipping and we will replace the damaged goods. If the item is damaged after the package has been opened, and the product gets damaged through improper handling or negligence in the protection of the product by the purchaser, we will not replace that item or accept the return shipment.
